Vahram is a social responsibility specialist at SEF International , a microfinance organization of the World Vision International Charitable Organization, co-founder of a number of programs aimed at sustainable development and humanitarian issues in Armenia. He has considerable experience in public and social research. Since 2015, he has been involved as a Research Consultant in the work of the ''VivaCell-MTS'' CJSC, RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, the Center for Human Rights Studies, the Jinishian Memorial Foundation, the French University in Armenia, and currently the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia
He received a bachelor's degree in sociology (2019) and a master's degree in public relations (2021) from Yerevan State University. He was a scholarship holder of UMCOR Armenia Foundation.
He has participated in more than a hundred different international-local conferences, educational and youth programs, conferences and training courses. He was awarded with a diploma of proposals for the sustainable development of the communities of the Republic of Armenia.
